Editing a Topic or ResponseAfter you have saved a topic or response, you can reopen it and edit it at any time. When you edit a topic or response, you can change the text and the privacy status. You can also indicate that a document is no longer relevant by marking it "Expired." You cannot edit documents created by other users. To Edit a topic or response:
- From the main Discussion page, double-click the topic or response you want to edit.
- When the document appears, click Edit Document at the top of the page.
- Edit the topic or response in the text box.
- If the document is a private document that you now want to share with other users, click Mark Public at the top of the page. If the document is public, you can make it private by clicking Mark Private at the top of the page.
- If the topic is no longer relevant, click "Mark/Unmark Document as Expired." The word "Expired" appears next to the subject on the main Discussion page. Clicking "Mark/Unmark Document as Expired" again removes the "Expired" text from the subject line.
- Click "Save & Close."
